As has become our custom every summer, we’ve embarked on another three-city road trip through Major League Baseball. This one is a little more circuitous than we would have liked, but hey, you can’t control the schedule — and, in our case, the period in which we have free time to make such a trip.
This years jaunt began in Milwaukee on Thursday, where the surging Brewers polished off the Mets at Miller Park. We’ve always liked this place for its beer, its sausages (both edible and racing) and its passionate fans.
Next stop: Atlanta and the soon-to-be abandoned Turner Field.
