NFL international games: Every stadium that has hosted one

The NFL International Series of games continues to grow, with new locations and stadiums added seemingly every year.

With every new location comes enthusiastic crowds, proving that American football — and the NFL in particular — is becoming a global game, with the league’s teams and stars drawing fans from everywhere around the world.

While the International Series is primarily a vehicle to grow the NFL’s global fan base, there’s no reason why domestic fans can’t use these games as a way to travel internationally and see parts of the world they might not otherwise visit.

That includes the stadiums in which NFL International Series games are played. Most of them are already well known among fans of other sports. While soccer venues are typically used — a natural fit, of course, considering the similar shape and dimensions of an American football field and a soccer pitch — a handful of stadiums best known for other sports have been part of the series, as well.

We’ve compiled a list of every stadium that has hosted an NFL international regular-season game since the first one was held back in 2005. The list is arranged in order of how many games each venue has hosted, and the number for each stadium is accurate as of the end of the 2025 NFL season.

It’s likely that several new stadiums will become part of the International Series lineup in the coming years, as the NFL continues to look for opportunities to expand its reach.

Since 2013, the Jacksonville Jaguars have played at Wembley every season that the NFL has held a game there, and are slated to do so again in 2026.

Though the series was discontinued more than a decade ago, the Bills have long boasted a sizable Canadian fan base thanks to their proximity to Ontario.
